He began his career as a food columnist for Tatler, and later started contributing a weekly column to Live Magazine, a supplement of The Mail on Sunday. A restaurant critic and frequent contributor to several major publications, Tom Parker Bowles has also presented TV programmes dedicated to food and has written numerous food related books.
